Our School Values and Rules
At Ash Green Community Primary School, we aim to make our school a centre of excellence for all. We are here to serve our pupils, their families and the community.
We have established 8 core values which sit under the whole school motto, ‘Learn to Live, Live to Learn!’. These ideals underpin the ethos, environment and culture of our school.
The 8 core values are:
ATTENDANCE MATTERS – Be On Time
SHOW RESPECT – Everyone is Equal
HELP THOSE WHO NEED IT – Be Kind and Helpful
GOOD CONDUCT AROUND SCHOOL – Walk And Talk Sensibly
REMEMBER YOUR MANNERS – They Cost Nothing
ENGAGE IN LEARNING – Try Your Best
EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT – We Celebrate That
NEVER GIVE UP – Resilience Is Key
It is our aim for pupils at Ash Green to have their passion for learning ignited whilst nurturing their self-belief and well-being. Through our diverse, broad and balanced curriculum - which is ambitious for all - every child will have the opportunity to shine academically, as well as flourish socially, morally, spiritually and culturally.
At Ash Green we strive to:
- Provide the highest standard of education to enable all children to acquire the skills, knowledge and concepts pertinent for their future.
